Administrator log-on problem
It doesn't matter if I log off the last account OR left the last account logged in. If you find that there are issues that make running with a limited account difficult, log on with the Admin account and elevate your Owner account to Computer Administrator using the same procedure outlined above. Now, let's move on to other issues. First, every XP system has a built-in account named Administrator.

Is it possible for me log in as Administrator during normal boot up instead? It's a registry or Tweakui hack in Home, I think. BTW, it's NOT good practice to use the Administrator account for daily use. Set up a user with Admin rights, and keep the Administrator account for emergencies which WILL happen!

I think the hard lock ups didn't let XP have a chance to log things. I did three more quick testings: 1. Two administrator accounts (logged off one, logged in another). Lock up. Greetings
all, I have an interesting problem, I cannot use the administrator (user) account to log on to my SBS 2003 R2 locally. I get an error that says local policy does not allow logon. This problem is with the user-administrator, not the group because other administrator accounts can logon on just fine.

Disabled Administrator trying to get rid of the log on
In the last setup stage, I choose the option that "All users must use a name to log on" rather than the default option, "Windows will assume the same user log on....". The result is that I cannot log on under whatever name. I tried to log on as administrator or pc2000 which is the user name, but all failed.

The question is more from a "do you honestly think it's reasonable that Microsoft would break the ability for an administrator to walk up physically to a machine and log in?"
